With a rainforest wetlands aviary, reptile house, nocturnal house and a children’s animal feeding zone, Adelaide Zoo offers a great family plenty of activities and fun.
About 30 minutes from Adelaide is the Glenelg Beach, a serene and peaceful respite from the urban hustle and bustle. Swimmers, windsurfers, cyclists and rollerbladers find plenty of space here.
Take a dawn, daytime or dusk walk through the Warrawong Sanctuary, just half an hour drive from Adelaide’s city center, where endangered species have found a comfortable home.
