Most Attractive People in America (2008)
If you were wondering where you can find the Most Attractive People in America, the 2008 America’s Favorite Cities survey, organized by Travel+Leisure Magazine and CNN Headline News, where more than 125,000 travelers voted for, may have an answer for you: in Miami! These rankings came from the People-Attractive category, as voted by both visitors and residents. Rankings in other specific categories, such as Nightlife, Culture or Quality of Life, will continue to be presented separately.
1. Miami
Yep, Miamians won the title for America’s most attractive people, and came on the second place for their stylishness. No, Miami it’s not the spot to see historic sites and monuments, but visitors also noted the city’s good weather.
2. San Diego
San Diego came on the second place not only for the attractive people, but also for the ideal weather and the perfect family vacation. The city also ranked well for its access to the outdoors and as a very relaxing retreat.
3. Austin
Austin is another American city that got high marks for its people. They came in third place for attractiveness, but also intelligence. And an even better second place when it was about friendliness and athleticism. Austin also has a buzzing singles/bar scene, great bands and great live music.
