Dusseldorf is one of the best cities of Germany in quality of living, one of the world’s most elegant shopping metropolises, the top address for modern and contemporary art in the country. Stroll, marvel and shop along Dusseldorf’s Magnificent Mile, in Konigsallee, which formed the city boundary on the fortifications that had been later torn down.

Travelers to Luxembourg can enjoy hiking or biking tours, the Ardennes, wineries, breweries and castles. Luxembourg is surprisingly varied, considering its small size. The northern third of the country, called Eisleck and part of the Ardennes, has the most dramatic scenery.
